Hi there,

I’ve found several websites (good and bad) for searching for properties, but would like to hear from forum members about any recommended sites which I may have missed.

The problem I have is doing internet searches in spanish in order to pick up local business property websites rather than expat driven ones.

I would like to find properties in all parts of the country - I’ve found a good hub called http://www.barcelona.angloinfo.com and www.spain.realestate-dreams.com, but these speacialise in the catalan area of spain.

Can anyone put me in the direction of finding a property site that covers many areas of Spain please?

Gosh, its so difficult trying to keep the momentum going for planning a move to spain while also doing your 9-5 job for someone else!!!! I went of the boil for a while lately and hae fallen bhind in my quest to move to spain. Hmm, might start a new topic about that 😊

Anyway, thanks in advance for any info posted on this thread.

Hasta pronto, Steve

What areas in particular are you interested in?  There are literally thousands of agents in Spain and alot of them are local to certain areas - I have done a lot of research on many different areas so if you give a rough idea of the areas that might be of interest then I may be able to point you in the right direction/s

Try http://www.kyero.com for an overview of all Spanish property (it’s a clever site that seems to aggregate listings from lots of different agents around the country).  Altenatively, a quick Google search should bring up local agents in your desired area.

As mentioned by carmenes http://www.kyero.com is a good site covering the whole of Spain, plus there’s also information sheets giving guides to average property price comparisons in relation to different areas of the country. However, the quality of the listings is entirely down to the agents paying to advertise on Kyero. Don’t be surprised to see the same property listed a few times, with different agents and at different prices.

One good site I found was http://www.fotocasa.es/Default.aspx - which is part of segundamano.es a Spanish equivalent of Ebay. There are listings from both agents and vendors direct. It’s all in Spanish though, so how well you do depends on your Spanish.

Another is http://www.inmobiliaria.com - which is a portal site for Spanish property companies throughout Spain and the Spanish speaking world. Again, all in Spanish. Also, http://www.inmoespa?a.com/ and http://www.spainhouses.net/es/index.php (now in English, German and French as well as Spanish).

http://www.libercasa.com/inmobiliaria - is quite good, plus there’s also a link to an English language version of the website now.

One good way to search on Google is for the keywords “inmobiliaria” or “inmuebles” plus the names of the provinces or towns you want to focus on.

Hope they help. Good luck with your search.

Thanks for this. We were going to google.es and looking for venta casas, but this brings all sorts of rubbish up. Doh!

Areas of interest so far in terms of priorotising trips over there are: Gerona & Tarragon, Aragon, Cantabria & Asturias.

Hi Steve

Two which seem to cover the whole of Spain are: http://www.xn—inmoespaa-s6a.com/ and http://www.inmobiliaria.com/, also mentioned by Expatriator.

A few others are below. You can find more Spanish realtors by Google searching: ?inmobiliaria Espa?a?, ?inmobiliaria Cantabria?, (or your areas of interest), or ?comprar casas Espa?a? (or your areas of interest). There?s endless info out there if you have the time?

http://www.1casa.com/
http://www.tucasa.com/?gclid=COr_8LaA55gCFQ4yQgodkk4Ycg

A couple of directories of real estate agencies in various locations throughout Spain.

Also, you may want to look at some of the English language publications such as ThinkSpain, Euro Weekly, The RoundTown News, etc. However, I think these deal mainly with the Costa Blanca area.

Many thanks for all this - I know how painstaking it can be to put up your web links within your reply text. Its a great start for me to get cracking on and plenty to keep me busy over the coming weeks! 😊
