I need to obtain a visa. Here are my conditions:
I have kept it simple:

I’m 24, = automatic schengen visa for 90 days.
I have a spanish partner but we don’t want to get married.
My spanish partner has contacts whereby i could get a job. For example in a hotel.
My spanish is good.
I am not currently a student and don’t plan to. I have a bachelor.
I have a couple of ‘self-employed’ possibities, but do not produce enough money.
I am already in spain, andalucia.

Which road can i go down?
Could the option of being a ‘de facto couple’ help?
What can i do?

Are you sure I would have to go back?

The finnish website says that somebody can collect a visa for somebody else,

“Yes. The person has to have an authorisation letter and an ID, eg. passport.”

I know this is not finland but i am clarifying.

No, there’s no ‘de facto’ couple possibility that I know of.

Your best bet is to get a job, then apply for a work visa. If you get it you’ll have to fly back to Australia to pick it up.

I’m an EU-citizen currently living in Spain to study for about 6 months more. My boyfriend is American and came with me so we could be together and do some travelling. He exceeded his 90-day permission some days ago and wants to stay until the end of my course, by the end of July. I read a lot of things about the consecuences of travelling after that period, so I was wondering… Is it safer to travel around EU by train or bus or it doesn’t matter?

Is that posible?? Would he be safer restricting his traveling to spanish cities?

valencia0809, yes in spain nothing will happen, nobody will check his passport and visa, its a veeeeery small possibility almost no-possibility unless he commits some crime
