You are right, if it was for an apartment, but if you read it correctly, you will find that it is for a villa with an apartment in the grounds, pool, SAT TV, Private walled garden with electric gates, outside kitchen and bar.

I think it is a reasonable price for what it is, but thanks for your comments.
