Myself and my partner(not married)  have separated.  We have 2 children, the social security is in his name but I come under it under convivencia law.  Can I claim anything?  I have no income at the moment, would i even be intitled f to child benefit or something, i get 100 euro a week from him, I l left the family home as I couldnt live with he im any longer.  Is there anything that I can claim for as we have been paying social through the bar for the past year and half

Can I ask what nationality you are? EU Non EU Citizen…...

As in any law the Father of the Child/Children will always have to Pay maintaince for them… as long as he does not run away to another country…

The other question is were the Children born here in Spain ? or born else where…

Benefits and govt arn`t as generous as the UK. You may need to return to the UK.
