You can come here on your 90 day Travel Visa…
Its always best to ask the Spanish Embassy in Canada your options… the big question would be can you support yourself living here and have you been offered a job… etc….
As there is a Crisis here No Jobs no Tourism etc…. (Doom and Gloom Yuck!)
