I heard that the real estate market went down a lot in Spain. I am wondering, could anyone provide information how much a 2 room + 1 kitchen apartment (let’s say 50 m2) can cost in Madrid? Not in the centre and not too far away from the town, just some average apartment in average neigborhoud. Thanks.

Search for min 1 bedroom apt in Madrid region, they only have Madrid City and the cheapest was a 1 bed 1 bathroom for 222,000.00 Euros.Most expensive 4 bed 2 bath at 695,000.00.
