Can anyone assist my mobile Sim card is blocked as I have lost the pin No, and can not find a help service e-mail contact for movistar. As I am still in the UK I don’t have access to the movistar shops to ask for help with this, frustrated as paying for service that I cant use!

You have to give all your details to a phone shop.  This is a security measure.  Your phone will be switched off unless you give your details to Telefonica.

You’ll have to jump into a Telefonica/Movistar shop where they can provide you with a copy of your sim with new pin/puk (after verifying you’re the owner of the line).
