Can anybody tell us what the community charge is for under the spanish law.

We believe that the charge was calculated to encompass (all statutory expenses Utilities, Swimming Pool etc) and provision for any maintenance that maybe required to buildings etc in the community.

Can the president decide to buy Patio furniture, gazebo and plants for placing around the community pool. I believe that this expense should not come out of the community charge.

It is for all the things you mention and for anything else that the community agrees to and that is for the benefit of the community.
