i am moving to spain with a caravan in oct. and wuld like to rent a plot of land up to 400 meters square, mainly to use as a private garden but if possible to also site my caravan. very long term.
There are tons available ranging from 100 euros to 300 euros depending on where you look. I saw one in alhaurin el grande for 250 and it had a bathroom! So it does depend where you look. Try kyero dot com or thinkspain they usually have some decent offerings. Failing that try the sur in english. Whatever you do DON’T pay 2 months deposit and a months rent upfront. It’s illegal but plenty of agents will try and shaft you.
