i am a non EU national , have a company in EU country(not Spain)  with resident permit to live and work.
and wish to reside in Spain , ill be flying in and out to my country where i have my company at least 4 times a year

Is this possible in Spain ? do i need special papers ?

Another question .

Non Eu national marries a EU national who is not citizen of Spain and we move to Spain.
How would be my residency ?  Will i be able to stay / work in Spain ?
