Help!! My son is 18 and english,  we live in Guardmar. We would like to buy him a scooter. does any one know what we will need to do and if we require any permits etc

He’ll need his ciclomotor permit which he can get from any driving school for about 50 euros. Its only a theoretical test and usually it takes a week. Its pretty simple stuff.
