My parents who have been living in Spain for 20 years have had there phone line cut off. They have a contract from the 1st of September 2009 onwards. They have been paying their bills. Telefonica say that they are not there clients. What can one do. Does anyone have the latest telephone number for telefonica from outside Spain so I can give then a piece of my mind (I live in Switzerland).
