I’m looking at buying a bar in Fuengirola, Malaga and am wondering what is the average wage for bar tenders in this area?

Also, can anyone direct me to a good web site that explains all the HR rules and regs you have to to do when you employ someone in Spain.  I am experienced in recruiting people but only in UK and USA.

Bar work here in spain for non spanish , i hear are not good and jobs are not there aswell , people work under man wage , and sorry to say it but you have big chest .ie , lady you sell beer faster .
