Although your British will can be enforced in Spain once you obtain the Grant of Probate in the UK, the process is much easier and cheaper when you have a Spanish will in place.

Hi,

I’m a solicitor qualified in Spain & England and Wales. I could advise regarding your issue.

A spanish Will could be witnessed in the spanish consulate in the UK. I could draft the Will for you and arrange an appointment in the closest consulate of your location.

Please email me to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to provide more information regarding this matter.

Please let me know if I could be of further help.

Thank you and regards
