Hello everyone.
Just found this forum and thought I’d say hello.
I bought a ruin in Izbor 5 years ago and due to a common complaint it’s still not finished. I’ve been left with having to recover the roof, replaster the walls (due to poor workmanship on the roof) and put the electrics in as well as quite a few other little jobs despite paying up front at the outset! (stupid boy!)
I’m hoping/praying to get it on the market soon due to finances! Not a lot of comeback against builders out here is there?! If someone knows a good, respected agent, maybe you could let me know.
Meantime I found a place in the campo near Velez Malaga and have felt fairly settled here for the last 4 years. Loving the new motorway, it makes the trip much, much quicker!
