Hi All,

My Mother is looking to move to Spain to live in the next few months.  She speaks fluent spanish so that is not a problem.  I was wondering what the property market is looking like in Valencia and if anyone has some advice on if the prices will go down further.  She would be looking to buy a 75m2 apartment for herself in and area like Ruzafa as the Centre is still out of the budget.

She might even invest in a property for an income as well if she finds something that would get a good return.  What is a good area for a good rental return?  I thought that Benimaclet would be good as it is a student area.

Is Cabanal still a bad area to live?

Thanks for the help.

The best way to get back to me is by email nwstein@yahoo.com

Hi Nick,

We are a property finding service based in the UK and have a couple of partners in the Valencia area, so if we can be of help, then do please come back to me.

As far as prices are concerned, then recent evidence shows that prices are starting to rise ever so slightly as more Brits are looking to move again and the pound gets stronger, though I do think it will take time for the prices to get anywhere close to the prices of 3 ears ago.

Hi Keira

Trouble is, I think you are thinking about what is happening in the states and not in Spain, there are little in the lines you say in Spain.
