honey bunny,
some of the requirements to get an eu citizen family member residence card is being an eu citizen spouse by marriage or civil union, or being a dependent parent of an eu citizen.

dependent parent of a eu citizen, you mean i am qualified only if i marry or i am depending on my EU kids to support me?

how? 😊 even in english its so hard to read lol

can anyone point to a link, paragraph or site that gives a direct answer to whether one has rights in spain through children born on Spanish Territory with at least one EU parent (french) or if they must perform a civil marriage then how, i guess from reading here that its about the best bet other then a full ceremonial marriage., been dependent on the kids for support is way too early here,
