As far as I know, there is no free treatment available for pensioners, but I do get subsidised dental treatment, which would include dentures, from my town hall. This is done through my local ?centro de tercera edad? . I see a dentist there who authorises me to go to one of the specified dental clinics and there I am given an estimate of what needs to be done and the cost. If she agrees with their estimate, then it is passed to the town hall along with details of my income and part of my treatment is paid for. As a pensioner, it?s always a good idea to check out what is available at your local centre. Ours include a chiropadist, hairdressers, optician etc.
