I am a Turkish citizen and a sephardic jew, and I know that there is a relatively new law that allows Sephardic jews to obtain Spanish citizenship. I would like to gather some information about the procedure. Thanks

there is no such law.
sephardic jews like the other citizens of former spanish colonies, only need to accumulate 2 years legal residence before they can apply for spanish citizenship thru residence. you have to prove that you are a spanish sephardic jew and meet other requirements.
you can also apply thru carta de naturaleza, in this case, you do not need to accumulate the 2 years legal residency before you start applying. try to contact other sephardic jews who got spanish citizenship thru carta de naturaleza to inform you on what to do.

the spanish citizenship acquisition is regulated by the spanish civil code, the civil registry law, and implementing rules and regulations of the civil registry law. first you have to get residency and when you have your residence card, you will find out really if you can start applying after a year, or two years or ten years.
