Hi guys:-) I am a filipino married to spanish national. I just want to ask if you know how long it will take to issue the visa and what are the complete requirements for the spouse of spanish national. thanks

since filipinos are required visas to travel to the schengen area, you will need a visa to be issued to you.
if you were married in the philippines, you have to submit your marriage certificate to the spanish embassy to be registered.
once this is done, and you have the spanish version of your marriage, you can be issued a visa.
the spanish consulate in manila will give you the requirements, and the processing time varies from consulate to consulate around the world.

thanks for the inputs. I have already ask so they have 3 things to do: marriage registry, family book and the visa
and it will only took less than a month to do all that. I hope so. now what I only need is to bring for authentication for our marriage contract from the Department of Foreign Affairs.😊

Hello again, would like to ask anyone here, since I have already submit all the documents that the spanish embassy needs me to submit like our marriage contract last jan 17 and now is already feb the staff in the spanish embassy told me that the family book will be released at the end of this month but after that whats be the next move to do? how many weeks or months to wait again for the visa? anyone who had an idea about this matter? kindly please give me your inputs thanks
