I come to Spain several times a year to my holiday home. I have seen advertised a method of having casual use broadband installed. It works by installing an aerial of some sort (about 175 euros) and you then ‘pay as you go’ by the hour, day, week or month.
My understanding is that it can be used for skype telephone calls too, so there is no need to pay for a phone line rental.
