As mentioned Sky will not service your box ere in Spain.
So you have two options:
1: take the box back tot he UK, to the address where your sky card is registered and get them to come out and have a look and get a replacement box…you may well get a new HD box, and sort out the paring, but they will probably charge ?65 their standard Sky engineer call out rate.
2. get a box yourself from Spain from a company in your area. You, or a person in the UK on your behalf, will then have to contact sky to get your card transfered from one box to another. Pairing is not really required if you only have a freesatfromsky card. Pairing is not really required if you do not have SKy Movies or Sky Sports channels, but do have other subscripion channela, as all other subscription channels should clear on any sky box…but you will have to do the transfer eventually.
