It is probably just me but at our AGM, the Community decided to elect a debtor as President, this just seems wrong but assuming it isn’t, how can we be sure that he takes himself to Court…in fact he is already being taken to court, how do we ensure he continues to take action…against himself?

how exactly is he supposed to chase other debtors?

Also I assume he cannot vote during the meetings?

The Community has empowered him to take whatever action he has to to recover monies (as is normal under Law of Horizontal Property) - including court action and, of course, he has no vote at meetings. Crazy!
