I?m Aida, I just registered on the site yesterday. I have been reading all the pages and the different information given but still don?t know what to do.
My case is very complicated…
I?m born and raised in Sweden but originally from Iran. I have both a Swedish and Iranian passport. I have lived in Barcelona for about 8 months, first on a study exchange then an internship. I am now moving back in the beginning of September to start studying for a masters degree. I plan to stay in Spain permanently this time.
I have e boyfriend since some months ago, he is Iranian as well. He has lived in Sweden for 3 years and doesn?t have Swedish residency. He has been denied one three times so he won?t be able to stay for much longer time. So we have decided to move together to Spain but we really don?t know how to proceed. it would be possible for him to move with me, legally….but the question is how? What we thought of was getting married, but will that work if we do it in Sweden or does he have to go back to Iran?
What should we do? where should we turn for help?
We really need all the help we can get…
