we are a married couple 68 and 72 years old,we have a property in the uk and a home in spain, this year we will be in spain for more than 183 days because of a flood in the uk.we do not work in spain or the uk both retired we do not rent our property out or own shares or other intrests and recieve no income apart from our uk pension.we want to know if we will have to pay any extra tax in spain apart from the suma for our longer stay in spain
