we were recently planning on moving to spain due to me loosing a job the plans have been shelved, what i was wondering if we had of moved is there any benefits that i could claim? because i see loads of people from other EU countries eg Poland Lithuania Romania etc etc claiming our benefits and getting housed would this have happened to me if i had moved as i am from the EU aswell?! Or is it one rule for one and another rule for another? Really gutted always wanted to live in spain and wanted to get out of the UK!
