Birth process and cost in Barcelona for non EU

Greetings! My wife and I are in Barcelona and she is in her 9th month of pregnancy. We are looking for information on birth-giving options here. We are non-EU and will pay cash. Is it best to give birth in a public hospital? Private hospital? With mid wives? Natural birth clinic? What are the options here and costs involved for each?
