Hi all !

I am a student in History, and for my thesis, I am working on Spanish foreign relations in history, and I have to have a look to a document which was published by the “Consejo Economico Sindical Nacional” (National Syndical Economic Council) in 1958, and not living in Spain, I was planning to get in contact with the organism that had replaced this 1958 council to try to have a copy in the archives.
Question : do you know where I can ask ; was is the council that has replaced that one ?

Actually, the document I am looking for is not precisely archives, but a publication issued by this institute. If it helps, the title of the study is (in French) : “Rapport sur l’?conomie Espagnole et l’int?gration europ?enne” (Rapport on spanish economy an European Integration), and if I would have had the name of the office or syndicate nowadays which has taken the place of the old one, I would have tried to contact them for helping me to find an exemplar of the study, because I assume (and it is) not the kind of documents you’ll find in the library next door (even in the national libraries, actually).
