We are looking to re-locate this year from France to somewhere just inland in Valencia/Alicante/Murcia. Specific needs are: House or Villa, 3+ beds, not in a complex or a town house with some land or largish garden must have ADSL capable phone. Preferences are, mains water and electricity . Bonuses would be extra outbuildings. Budget up to 75K but for the right place, could pay a bit more and not averse to some DIY.[size=3][/size]

House or villa just inland is not to hard. Though inland with ADSL will restrict the choice even further unless you go sat broadband. Though buying and then getting ADSL once yu have completed would also be an option, though check before you buy with the ADSL suppliers to see if they offer a service in the area. Spain is not as far advanced yet as France or the UK with ADSL in rural areas.

Hi BG. A quick Google search will throw up a whole host of providers. A suggestion, if I may, make a list of what you want and what’s important. For example… TV…? UK Calls…? English support…? or if you just need basic 3 Mb ADSL and a phone line then there’s probably more providers than you can shake a stick at 😊

Broadband 100Mb. It?s only ?55.90 a month and has an upload speed of 20Mb

Sorry to contradict you but fortunately for the customers you are not the supplier. However, for 100 Mbit/s your prices are good (if it’s available of-course)
