Hi Lee and Amanda,
sorry to tell you this, but you will be very unlikely to find work in Spain right now, especially with 25% unemployment figures (and higher still in the South)
Lee, building work has virtually ground to a halt - so no need for bricklayers.
Amanda, you may have an advantage with your midwifery training, but you would need to retrain before you will be able to practice in Spain and you will have to pay for this yourself.
Do you both speak Spanish?
Because you will need to to find any hope of work.
I don’t want to be a killjoy, as it would be good to see more people coming to Spain and contributing to the country’s economy, but now really isn’t a good time for most people.
