august or september.  would you also ask them if it is possible for the
rent I pay be applied towards the purchase price if i decide to buy it?

Yeah thats OK, although you really should look at it first, it is a very small house. Do you know the town of Teba at all?

No.  I agree.  that is why I would like to live in the place first.
What I am proposing is that I will rent it with the option to
buy.  If I decide later to buy it, then the rent that I have paid can
be deducted from the purchase price.
