Prices appear to have fallen so much.

So, assuming long term hold, is it now good value & time to buy ??

Only you can decide the answer to that question -

What have you got to invest, what return on equity do you want/expect, are you going to use it, rent it,
sit and look at it, what is you taxation situation, have you already got property in your investment portfolio,........etc.

But if you want an opinion - yes, and shrewd investors have already bought into the market.
