Is there any change in the treatment of Americans seeking a residency visa since your last comments over 2 years ago, other than giving preference to persons of wealth? I’m a retired American, 70 years old. I really wanted to retire in Spain, but was unable to obtain advice over the internet on how to accomplish it without the wealth. I’ve been exploring my options while traveling to 2 other countries, one in the EU and one in Southeast Asia, and discovered I can initiate my application, for a fee, from the new host country using an attorney or visa service facilitator. My question is this: Does anyone know of such a service in Spain?
