Does anyone know if the Spanish Tax Agency have a minimum level for Tax collection?

My tax due for 2012 on Form 210 only amounts to 4 euros.

Would I still need to pay that small amount?

I think it is best to pay and then you have officially made the return and so will not be on there list of non payers. They did refund my wife under 2 euros this year so they process small amounts!
