We’re planning to move to Spain in April and though husband will then be pensioner I won’t be - was told yesterday by International Pensions people that the residual S1 form for people taking early retirement and living abroad will no longer exist as of 1st April 2014. This information not yet on the relevant NHS page which still refers to the form.
