are there ant legal people out there? im so worried and getting ill with worry.  i own my own home outright/no mortgage/ two years ago i bought another one ,with a mortgage, to rent out, everything has gone dreadfully wrong. my husband is ill so we have got to go back to uk. we have both been laid off as the winter is here , we cant afford the mortgage, and i cant even sell it because i have a high mortgage/i borrowed more to renovate it, so basically i owe more than its worth. what i want to know is, if the bank repossess the house would they make me sell my home that i own outright? as i dont want to loose it. someone also told me about a scheme where you can transfer the mortgage to someone else if they were intrested, and i could just walk away, i dont want to make any profit i just want to walk away. please give me advice, im at breaking point

Hey tweety,
I’m sorry I can’t help you much on this myself, it sounds like you need a lawyer though. :(

Hopefully someone will pipe up with some solid advice.

*Rob? Are you out there?* (Rob knows a lot)
