Hi all hope you can help.
I am from the UK and planning to move to Spain in the next year or so, problem is my wife is Chinese. As you are probably aware it can be difficult for Chinese citizens to get visas and i wondered if anyone could give me some advice. I realise it will be very straight forward for me and it will be easy enough for our son as he has a British passport, but I’m worried about my wife. If we manage to get a 3 month visa for her what are the guarantees, if any that she will be granted residence? hope you can help.
