Established for over two years in Granada Province, I am pleased to provide full written estimates and undertake both full-scale property reforms or single room renovation projects such as kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, etc.
Benefitting from a sound knowledge of the needs of both newly built or older properties in Spain, the locality in general and suppliers, we normally know the best places to obtain materials at excellent prices we’ve negotiated over time.
I have a fully equipped team of tradesmen with years of experience, able to cater for every requirement. The expertise of our team covers building, metal work, plumbing, electrical (UK registered & Spainish registered), carpentry & joinery, rendering & plastering, tiling, painting and decorating, along with specialist design, supply and installation for kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything you need to fully manage and cater for projects large or small.
The most recent addition to the team is an external specialist able to concentrate on outdoor areas, including tree felling, landscaping, drives, paths, BBQ areas, fencing and traditional dry-stone walling.
What we believe in as a team is attention to detail and service, therefore we can assist in every stage of your project from taking you shopping to choose materials, right through to offering design and selection advice with soft furnishings for the finishing touches. Because we speak Spanish to a reasonable standard, obtaining permissions for work can also be easily arranged.
We believe we offer competative and realistic prices, plus we’re able to provide many references from our previous clients if required. We focus our efforts within central Granada Province in general in order to remain competitive, but often travel to the Costa Tropical to the south and the Alcala la Real area in Jaen Province. For destinations further afield, please contact us with your location so we can work out if the distance is feasable.
