Hi All,

Well just back home from a very interesting pre-relocation reccy visit… didn’t know it got that cold in Spain (probably just as well I found out!) but at least it doesnt get dark at 4 o’clock.  Roll on next year I say!!

We went to visit Xabia International College and Lady Elizabeth School whilst we were there, and really liked them both, although they are so very different.  I know I already got some advice about XIC on here, but does anyone know anything about Lady Elizabeth, or just any background info or gossip about either establishment - the kind of thing you might pick up by living in an area but have no chance of finding out from thousands of miles away… this is a huge decision to have to make on behalf of your kids and I don’t want to get it wrong, so any advice or info would be tremendously welcome!

Hope to see you all soon…

Cazz x

I can’t tell you anything about the normal term time at Lady Elizabeth. But they run a lovely summer school, which I send my daughter (8) to.
Also the ownership of LES has been passed onto Colegios Laude SL.  Which may be a good thing but it might also make the school more commercialize.

My children have attended the Lady Elizabeth school for nearly 3 years now and I think it is fab. They are now 5 and 8 and love going to school. All the kids seem happy and the teaching is excellant. It also seems to have old fashion values about respect and community which I think is great.
