I am moving from Canada to Barcelona. Been relocated from work for 1 year.
My company does not have an office in Barcelona and I will be working from home. They will be paying a rental in a furnished place for 1 year (its a temporary move).
I will be going 1 month before I move and spend a few days looking for places with agencies I’ve found on the internet.

Now come my questions:

1. My company will be paying for the rental (Looking for rentals around ?1600/month). Does agencies accept overseas companies to execute wire-transfer monthly for rental payment?

2. Do agencies provides receipt/invoices for the monthly rentals?

Summary, how usually those cases are dealt?
