Yes we live in San Vicente (30 mins away) but have an apartment in Guardamar too.  I like Guardamar very much but couldnt buy exactly what we wanted in the area.

How are your children settling? We have 2 kids here (3 and 10) and they are settling fine but we still have bad times when they miss their old friends.

Where abouts are you living?

hi there, we’re in El Raso which is near the sunday market, the children are settling in really well, two of them are too young to know one is almost 2 and the other 6 months, but our 8 year old has done really well settling in and loves his new school.

hi tezza, I’m living in Los Montesinos but soon moving to San Fulgencio over easter. Guardamar is a lovely area and the beach is truely magnificent.

Los Montesinos is lovely, I go there quite often to the bank, I love the square where all the old men gather.
