Brilliant - aren’t they just special? A few ?s waved under their nose always helps and funnily enough spare lines appear - strange that eh. We had to bribe them many years ago because we had a business where we needed 35 lines - PAH!
The engineer pulled that exact line, after we flashed money in front of his face for each individual line he got fitted - they were all fitted that day - after being told we couldn’t have any!
Telefonica engineers are sub contracted and only earn a set amount per line, whether that be a quick switch it on or fitting a new line, therefore the “difficult” ones get put at the bottom of the pile every time.
Glad you got it sorted, we are using Connecta4 as we can’t get Telefonica in the campo! It was installed in quick time 7 years ago, I am having trouble now disconnecting it - driving me crazy, and all the time they are billing me - and for calls! One bill was ?92 yet it had never ever been that the whole time we lived there because all our calls were through Skype or World Connect (99% through Skype though). We will not pay them that, however, as I have a cancellation form signed, dated and faxed to Telefonica in December!
