I want to freelance in or outside Spain, but want to establish my business in Spain. Is it tax wise better to register a S.A. or S.L?
I looked at some documents about Spain taxes. Sometimes you can opt for a non-resident flat corporate tax rate of 25%, does anyone know if you opt the flat rate if you still have the same deductions as a resident business.
I also noticed that there are different systems upon your earnings, assets etc, are based. I’m talking about direct, direct simplified and objective system. Thus anyone have experience with these systems?

If you are talking about setting up SA or SLs you will need professional help to submit the forms etc to the tax office so I would suggest you find a good legal and financial adviser now and worj with them from the start.

I would be surprised if you need SA but may SL depending on what line of business you are in or why not keep it simple with autonomo or modelos to start up.

The tax system is changing all the time so you do need good, up to date advice.
