Hola - suggest you download the regulations document - it will explain your situation:

Thanks ROBI, I did download the documents, but despite the fact that I do speak a decent everyday Spanish, I can not understand exactly what is written in this forms. Here what I am thinking to understand: As a Swiss citizen and after reading the bilateral agreements, I do have the right to live and work in Spain without any further formalities. To my direct family members the same right is granted, but I do not know if they do have to proceed to some formalities or not. In France they not have to do anything. I know this from first hand because we did live in France 2004. Please consider that this rights do probably not apply to English citizen, because England, as far as I am informed, did not sign this agreements.
So I would like to ask, if someone with nationality of a Schengen country, married to a non EU citizen, can tell me how this works. My wife can come to Spain with a Schengen visa, this is not the problem, the problem is to get her a residence card and making in sort that the whole thing is clean and legal. I can not really find out which form apply to us:
SolicitudDeCertificadoDeRegistroComoResidenteComunitario-Ex-16.pdf ?????
Do we have to do this once in Spain or still in the Philippines. Or do I have to separate from my wife and son, living alone in Spain until she get authorization to come…....? Kind of not very human, no? It is not possible to get any information from the Spanish embassy, because one can only call to a call center, where some very friendly girls answer, but do only know about the basics. They are very busy, to get a an appointment takes minimum 6 weeks….. All Filipinos seem to want to leave their country.
Thanks
Iwan
