I would like to recommend a good website which helps to find friendship or romance for people moving to spain, living in spain, or have connections with Spain.
Its incredible how many new dating sites have sprung up in Spain over the last months… I’ve been on practically all of them… And I’m just not convinced… Why cant there be something really decent out there? I mean if I sell used cars I will also need some kind of focus, whether its sports cars, german cars, with guarantee, something or the other… 90% of dating sites Ive been on are all just plain simply generic! Anyone made any other experiences out there?

That’s because there are a half dozen or so competing, out-of-the-box dating site products out there. For a few hundred bucks and a weekend’s worth of time you too can have a dating site targeting any niche you can find. In fact I’ve had a few companies say they’ll set up a SpainExpat dating site, free of charge, then split the earnings. Oh, and they have a few thousand asians who are already “signed up” to show good traffic and attractive profiles right off the bat.
Best dating sites are probably the originals: lavalife, match, casualkiss… or get into social networking: hi5, facebook, myspace, livejournal, etc.
yea its with so many things nowadays… everyone thinks they can be a “business man” or make a dating site… but it takes dedication… most dating sites are full of scammers, not to mention unserious people who are not interested in a relationship, but more just….. well… its a shame…
Like you said facebook and the like are probably the best resources out there to make real life friendships…

Seriously Spain is a great place for meeting strangers, all you need is the right bar, the usuall normal looks, personality and cojones, then wham, you done.
Don`t bother with dating sites, especially if you live in Spain.
Its cheaper to put an ad in the Spanish local paper, young single guy looking to learn Spanish from a friendly cute female etc etc, you should get some replies, probably cheaper as well.
