Why you selling then ?

We are selling as we cannot afford to keep a Villa in Spain and a house in the Uk

I fear you may well have timed that badly.

I`ve spoken to Expats as far back as 2005 who had property for sale, many still are for sale.

I meet an old couple who had a pretty villa looking over La Vinuela, they reduced it by 60,000 Euros and still didn`t sell after 4 yrs, they gave up six months ago.

Anyway good luck, maybe a bargain hunter will spring up soon.
