Betting without Alitalia
Applies to the next airline to go into official administration and cease operating (ground all its fleet). Does not include Alitalia. Does not include service/flights being ‘phased out’ before merging with another airline
with well know bookes in UK and Ireland

Last week I was talking to a friend of mine who’s in charge of various travel agencies. She told me a few days earlier she’d red an article where British Airways general manager declared that by the end of this year - beginning of 2009 lots of airways companies will go bankrupt, except British Airway, which is going to dismiss 3.000 managers all over the world, Lufthansa, Brussels (the former belgian Sabena), Austrian Airlines, Air France, KLM, Delta ...

If he’s right ... there will be a great price increase on all flights I’m afraid.

😖

Where’d we get these odds? Can we really bet? Is it legal?
