To buy or rent?

Seen kyero.com? How about loquo.com?

Did you look at those two sites? Have you looked at our apartments in Spain (some links to sites on there) page or our real estate page?

Try www.h2ocountrywide.com; it’s a UK company with over 1100 branches and they have one in Malaga, Spain.  What specific area are you looking for?

The Axarquia is a beautiful region, east of M?laga, close to the coast. One disadvantage: it is becoming increasingly more popular so prices are rising fast. Many of my friends bought a house through Montes de M?laga (www.montesdemalaga.com). The presentation on their website is fabulous, but the pictures sometimes make the houses look better than they actually are. This is good advice anyway: always take a critical look at a house, especially if you fall in love with one: does it have electricity and water, does it have good access, is the house structurally sound, is it on the sunny or shady side of a hill, is there a zoning plan for the area, etc. Good luck!

Regards,
Herman

Hola - if you want costa blanca (and why not - great climate and modern infrastructure - and 2 airports!) try http://www.bcvillas.com. They have all types of property at sensible prices.
