It is my understanding that, by law, TV companies must transmit their programmes not only in Spanish but also in its original language (VO) on Spanish digital networks.
After 2 weeks of exhaustive study I have noted that Canal 9, in particular, have stopped this practice.
If it is illegal to do this, how does anyone go about reporting them or contacting them? I have emailed them several times but they have ignored all attempts to discuss this matter.
Is there anything a mere viewer can do?

R?dio Televisi? Valenciana havnt stop on some off there channels , that the problem , i ask will as when up next week and see whats happen
