Is it possible to view your bills online as the post is not getting through and stuff if going missing, thanks.

Most providers have online intranet where you can see your bills, see actual state of line,etc.  For example Telefonica fixed lines at http://www.telefonicaonline.com , Movistar at http://www.movistar.es (select canal cliente).
